Each of our products are carefully crafted with love and intention by hand. Therefore, it is safe to assume they will show some wear and tear such as: small indentions and/or slight bends in the binding. We've designed our products to be durable (hard cover) and sophisticated (vegan leather cover), nonetheless, a well-used planner and/or journal will look loved at the end of the year. 

We do recommend the following in caring for your planner or journal:

- keep dry at all times

- It is best to close your planner from front to back

- avoid lifting from one end only and always try and support with both hands.

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancelations. All sales are final. We do pride ourselves on our quality and personal value that our products develop within you when you incorporate them into your daily routine, therefore we are sure you will love them as much as we loved creating them! With love and intention! 

Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier, however if an item arrives defective, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a solution. 

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order.  Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
